It is the work ofpreparation of the relief and restitution projects of the Russian Consulate building in istanbul. The Relief and Restitution projects of the building were approved with the resolution no. 1721 dated 07.06.2006 of the Cultural and Natural Heritage Preservation Regional Board III of ﾝstanbul, Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Turkey.
